• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on AiSiteMint
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from AiSiteMint materials
• Transfer your account to another person without our prior written consent
• Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Use automated means to access or scrape the service without authorisation

3. AI-Generated Content Ownership

All websites generated by AiSiteMint are owned by you, the user. You retain full intellectual property rights to the content created using our service. AiSiteMint retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated data for service improvement purposes only. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AiSiteMint to create content that is:

• Defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or misleading
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
• Promoting illegal activities or violence
• Spam or unsolicited commercial communications
• In violation of any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The AiSiteMint platform, including its design, code, branding, templates, and documentation, is the intellectual property of AiSiteMint and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without express written permission.

6. Credits and Payment

AiSiteMint operates on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible. We shall not be liable for any disruption in service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

AiSiteMint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Where that fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the site at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
